How Credits Work
Customers purchase credits that are applied to hosting fees and maintenance. A 30% service fee covers infrastructure management, ongoing optimization, and support from the Equalify team. Unused credits roll over year over year, so what you buy stays yours.
- Minimum purchase: $15,000 in credits
- Service fee: 30% applied to hosting and maintenance
- Rollover: Unused credits carry over annually with no expiration
- Applies to: Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and direct support
